1. Where do we deliver?

We have this honorable pleasure to provide our delivery service through out the 52 major destinations of Nepal. Browse the list of destinations in the order placement form. Delivery outside Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Lalitpur & Kirtipur Valley will be confirmed only by Emails Digital picture confirmation is only for delivery inside KTM Valley.

2. Can I order from any part of the world or do I have to be in the US?

If you have a valid credit card, we can accept orders from any part of the world.

Returns and refunds are easy!! Within 7 days of delivery please have the recipient of the gift in Nepal contact our office in Lazimpat and we will be more than happy to refund your full amount minus 10% (handling charge + credit card processing cost). Before posting your return, we will provide you with an option for gift certificates and should your decision not change we will gladly credit the difference to your credit card. Thamel.com does not provide any monetary refund to the recipient in Nepal.

All sales are final for perishable items like cakes, flowers, sweet etc. Returns and refunds policy do not apply to perishable items.

4. Payment information

We accepts all major credit cards including American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, and Visa.

5. When will my credit card be charged?
thamel.com will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card at the point of purchase online. If there is a problem securing this authorization you will be notified on the spot and prompted to use another card. If we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed and transferred securely to Thamel.com. Your account will be charged in 24 to 48 hours.

6. Why isn't mysite working with my browser?

Ordering from our site does not require the latest and greatest technology, but it does require that you're using an SSL-compliant browser (this means it has a "secure" mode.) Web TV and some browsers behind company firewalls cannot support secure ordering.

For best results, we recommend using Netscape Navigator 3.02 or later, or Microsoft's Internet Explorer 3.02 or later. Delivery

Delivery will be made within the date specified by the sender. Please allow your self at least 48 hours prior to delivery.

Order confirmation:

Thamel.com has adopted a unique confirmation method to ensure the delivery of gifts that are sent to Nepal at a free of charge. Once we receive an order, we shall contact the recipient to make arrangements for a personal delivery. With the approval of the recipient, our representatives will take a digital picture of the recipient accepting the gift. Within 24 hrs of delivery service, provided only within the Kathmandu valley and Email confirmation to be provided if the delivery is outside the Kathmandu valley, a copy of the digital image will be sent to the sender's email address.

Delivery will be made on the date specified by the sender while processing the order. Please make sure that you provide us your email address and the telephone number of the recipient.
