link sonic is the new search for the search engine. Once thought of as a simple way to find relevant web pages, it is now a tool many can use to find and share content. It also has new benefits for the web designer, like the ability to quickly “link” two pages together (like in the picture above).
As I mentioned earlier, the new tool isn’t for the faint of heart, but I’ll leave the link below for the non-tech-savvy.
The first thing I noticed about link sonic is that it made me feel really cool and smart. I get that its been a big change from the old search engine and that the new tool is a huge step in the right direction for me, but I find myself being more optimistic all the time. It’s not that I’ve stopped being a cynic; I’ve just become more open about my negative feelings.
The truth is that the new tool is the most negative feeling Ive ever felt about search engine optimization. When I first moved to New York, I thought I could just forget about Google and just focus on doing SEO for the blog I wrote for my previous job. I thought I was going to feel more connected and less stressed because I would get back to what I did prior to working for my current employer. Now I feel like I am locked out of Google and tied to a desk.
In fact, I am tied to a desk, and I am also tied to a desk. You see I have to work at a desk all day so I can’t just sit around my house eating cake. That’s why I am so upset about Google and SEO. There is no escape, and I don’t know how to find the doors.

In Google, links are the primary ranking factor. All other ranking factors are secondary. This means that ranking a website in searches, or having your website show up in the first page of search results, are not correlated with getting links. Having links doesn’t mean you’ll get higher rankings in search, but it does mean that when you do get links, they will rank higher in search.
link sonic is a new game that is built on a concept called “link-optimization” and aims to create an alternative to the common practice of linking to websites. The theory is that by making links between your website and websites that are important to your interests, you’ll see your website appear in the first page of the search results for a wide array of queries.
Linking to websites, and the fact that it’s the most important part of the design, the fact that you can’t find the link to your website for the first time, the fact that there are loads of other sites that are just trying to find you, it means that the quality of your website is often higher than if you had a good website.
In our opinion, the thing that is most important to the quality of the links we see is the link between you and the websites that are important to you. For example, if you visit a website that has something you are interested in, you probably won’t find the “about” page on it. You will often see a link to the main page of the website, but this is the page which may contain the “about” page.
