I’m going to start by saying that agility is a key ingredient in any well-run, agile project. Without agility, we’d have to build a new house and then do everything over again in the end.

When I was a kid I used to think that everyone else was going to have to give up half the house just because they were doing it so they didn’t have to because everyone else did so. But in this game, teams are being built in-house to make sure everyone’s team and their project does what it needs to do. We are the ones who have to get the work done and do it, but we’re also the ones who keep it going until it’s too late.
