ibm openshift is an open source enterprise technology that aims to deliver a scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure solution for all enterprises.

ibm openshift is essentially a microservice-based framework that runs on top of Amazon’s Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2). It’s an all-in-one infrastructure that allows enterprises to run their cloud applications in a scalable and reliable way. The service provides a number of services such as Amazon’s Elastic Block Storage (EBS) and Amazon’s EMR.

I’m not sure what to think about this. It’s a nice open source enterprise technology, but unfortunately it’s not very secure. I’d like to think that it’s still at a stage where it can be used to run a couple of AWS services for a few dollars, but I’d like to think that it’s still at a stage where it’s more secure.

its still in a very early stage, as a lot of enterprise cloud technologies are. I dont know what it is about the ibm open-source cloud technology that makes it so attractive, but I like the idea that it is so secure. Im sure its still a work in progress though, so Id like to see how the ibm open-source cloud technology performs out in the real world.

Stage One is where you build a cloud that can run a couple a few services for a very cheap price, then theres stage two where you can run a bunch of services for a few dollars. Stage Two is where you can run a much larger number of services all at a much lower price.

Boring, I would rather have a lot of people running the same services in the same time. I’ve seen a lot of people going to the same service after a month, and that isn’t a huge problem.

Cloud service providers are going through an incredible amount of change right now. They’ve all moved from their pre-ICS days, to what we use today. IBM’s OpenShift is going to be IBM’s new cloud-centric infrastructure. It’s one of the first products, and I think it is going to be one of the biggest. One of the reasons for that is that because of IBM’s cloud software, they can provide you with the ability to build and run your own infrastructure.

That sounds great, but what about the people that have to sit on the sidelines while everything goes down in the cloud? IBM has been working on this for a long time now, and now that they are open-sourcing it, they plan to give it an early release. Theres a ton of interesting work that they are doing to make sure the project is as successful as they hope to be.

I recently had to do a quick check to see if IBM opened-source something I’ve been working on for a while. Turns out, they have. The open-source project ibm-openshift started out as a simple way to get IBM’s cloud software into the hands of more and more people, but IBM is now doing a ton of work on making it more than just a simple tool, but something that is both fun and actually useful.

IBM has been working on this project for a while, and it seems like it will be a big game changer for them. It was even featured in a recent IBM press release. Now, IBM is looking to make this open source tool the standard for cloud computing.
