And the fact is that anxiety is a physical sensation that you experience when one of your body’s systems is stressed. You may have heard the phrase “physical sensations of being afraid,” and if you’re like many people, you’re probably thinking, “yeah, I’d like to be afraid of someone I’m close with.
Thats a good thing, because anxiety is a physical sensation. But if you have anxiety about being around other people, then you have anxiety about your own body. And if you have anxiety about your own body, then you have anxiety about your job. And if you have anxiety about your job, then you have anxiety about your finances. And if you have anxiety about your finances, then you have anxiety about your health.
We humans have a lot of anxiety. We are all so afraid of the things we are afraid of we sometimes deny them. That means we think we’re perfectly capable of living a perfectly normal life. But we’re not. We’re not.
The fact is that we humans have a lot of anxiety. And when we’re scared of what we’re afraid of, then we just don’t do it.
