Microchip.ch has recently launched a site where you can sell your own microchips. The microchip is a very simple piece of hardware that plugs into the host computer and allows you to program the host computer to “read” the information stored on the microchip, including your own personal data. The host computer then stores the information on the microchip and can then be used to read your personal data.
The site is very simple and easy to use. You can just as easily sell your own microchips through the site’s online store, but in order to make money on the site you have to be a registered member. There are several payment methods available and the site also has a referral program that allows people to get rewarded when they refer others to the site. The site’s business model is in fact quite creative.
The microchips are quite useful. Because they store information, you can put them in your car, put them in your phone, put them in your wallet, etc. A microchip can store data for as long as you want, so if you want to remember where you ate last night, just put it in a microchip.
My first thought was, “Why would I want to use microchips?” Because I had been reading a blog about the microchip and I just happened to get two microchips.
I can see the appeal that microchips have, but you don’t have to go as far as to put one in your wallet. In other words, just because you can put ones in your wallet doesn’t mean you should. I’d much rather have a wallet with a couple of chips in it, but I guess that depends on what you need it for.
As it turns out, microchips are not actually bad for you. Not all chip designs have the same effect on human cells, but some do, most notably ones that are designed to work with a human brain. The problem is that chip design is just a small part of the equation. It is one of those things that are very hard to figure out.
In the past, microchips were a bit like the internet: someone thought they could make a chip that would give you more control over your life. The idea was that this chip would have a little antenna that would constantly keep your brain’s attention for a period of time. It would allow you to change your brain’s connection to your computer, and a few years ago some people tried to design microchips that would enable you to access your own medical records.
There’s an interesting video on microchip.ch being made by Matt Hines. The video is about how they’re supposed to use their chips to write an e-book. The reason for this is that it seems like many people have used the chip as a way to keep their brain busy while their brain functions are doing their bit. The chip works as a microchip and it’s pretty intuitive to use.
I can only imagine how much easier it would be to access your own medical records if we had access to our own brain. But as it is it’s still a little creepy to think about.
