Since this is a bit off topic here, I will just say how I am having a little bit of trouble with my mysql licensing. I have had a number of issues with this recently and as a result, I am not able to start a new project. I have found that I am not able to do this because of the mysql licensing fees. I think we can assume that this is a common issue.
Well, that could be because you’re not a licensed MySQL developer, but maybe you get the idea. I have also noticed that the licensing fees are one of the largest expenses for a new MySQL developer. I don’t know how much it is, but it seems high unless you’re a licensed developer.
I personally agree that you should follow the licensing instructions for your programming language. However, I can’t help but wonder if the licensing fees for mysql aren’t just a waste of money for those that want to make a quick buck.
The licensing fees are a lot like the cost of printing your own computer programs and are calculated by your company. The fees are based on the number of lines of code, the average number of seconds required to execute code, and the size of the program. For example, you dont have to pay $1200 for a PHP development license if you only use the 5 lines of code that the PHP developer offers you. The PHP developer will provide you with a download link for the license.
I can say I’m a fan of php since I’ve been writing PHP since the beginning, but the PHP developer is the only one that I know of that offers me a licencing deal in which I only pay a few hundred dollars for a trial period and then pay the fees if I want to continue to use the code.
In reality, the PHP developer is very likely to make a lot more money from this license than the MySQL developer. The MySQL developer will probably earn less by selling it to the customer for an upfront fee. The PHP developer will have to pay a marketing fee, which is more money than a MySQL developer would make, but again, you wont have to pay a marketing fee if you just use their code.
The MySQL developer is probably not going to make the same money using PHP as the PHP developer. He doesn’t even have to pay a marketing fee if you have a PHP developer license, but you need to sign an agreement with him to use the code and pay the marketing fee.
I dont think you can be a MySQL developer if you are not a MySQL customer. If you are the type of person who believes they can write the code themselves and just use their company’s server, then you are probablynt going to be much use to the MySQL community.
I was just mentioning that I got a little bit of a bad reputation for being the first PHP developer on my team in a short time, but again I dont think your going to get much notice.
I have a feeling that the MySQL Community would have a hard time with you. First off, there is no such thing as a MySQL developer. Second, you are not a MySQL customer. You are not the person who is licensing the code and paying the marketing fee. You are just the user of the code and the marketing fee.
