rani borkar’s recipe for “Curry Rice Biryani” is the same recipe as the old one. In fact, he’s even using the old recipe and making it even more authentic by adding in extra chunks of coconut and ginger. Its still just rice with some coconut and ginger mixed in, its basically the same exact recipe. But, the old recipe, with its plain rice and ginger, was easier to make.
And I don’t even like cooking rice. I tend to shy away from it because it seems so tedious. But a few weeks ago I made an exception because of the magic of coconut and ginger. I used to eat rice every day but couldn’t handle the rice anyway. So I went with the easy and delicious Indian curry rice recipe, and it was a huge success. I know there’s a lot of rice in this recipe, but its still rice, and it tastes good.
