Now that you have a decent understanding of your cloud management needs and how to implement them, it is time to get a handle on how the services you want to build work together and how to best manage the whole thing.
If you’re going to make use of a cloud service, you want to know that it works well with everything else you do, like email. You also want to know that you can leverage whatever the cloud offers to keep your email and other services up and running, and that you’ll never see or have to deal with any downtime.
Most cloud providers have a feature called “Autosync” that will automatically send email to all of your old email addresses and auto-delete any inactive ones when the new ones come up. This allows you to keep your email accounts in sync with your Google Apps account and your other cloud accounts. A good example of this is Gmail. You can configure your Gmail account to send to all the email addresses you have active in Google Apps.
Gmail actually has a feature called Service Instance Settings that will enable you to send emails to all your old email addresses and auto-delete any inactive ones when the new ones come up. It’s very similar to what you can do if you are in a big office environment and have a bad feeling about it. You can use Service Instance Settings to auto-delete any inactive emails. This will send you to the same inbox as your old emails.
As an admin, you can also send emails to all of your inactive email addresses. This is a handy feature for those who use a different email for different needs or work, or for those who don’t have the time to open and view all of their emails.
This is another great piece of technology for the UI/UX side of the game. It’s not a screen grabber, and it works to a great degree. When you have one of these screens, you can see a lot of stuff that you don’t see in the background, but it has the potential to be a lot different. So when you can see a lot of this stuff, you can actually see the features you need from a UI perspective.
If you are a tech company like Google or Facebook, this will be something that can be useful to you. If you don’t have the time to open and view all of your emails, you can send them to your employees’ Outlook, or you can email your customers your website’s contact information. It is a great tool for keeping in touch with your clients and getting info that way.
